PillarFour Capital Partners (“PillarFour”), an energy-focused private investment fund, is pleased to announce an investment, including the acquisition of shares, in Contact Chemicals Inc. (“Contact” or the “Company”).
Founded in 2000, Contact is a specialty oilfield production chemical supplier that has been an industry leader in the development and application of oil and gas production chemistries in Western Canada. The Company is headquartered in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, with additional field offices located throughout Alberta. Contact’s strong track record of proprietary product development, coupled with its strong technical ability to provide custom solutions to its broad client base, has enabled the Company to become a leading, independent chemical supplier in Western Canadian market.
