PillarFour Capital Announces Investment in Fluid Energy Group

PillarFour Capital (“PillarFour”), an energy focused private equity fund, is pleased to announce that it has made an investment in Fluid Energy Group Ltd. (“Fluid” or the “Company”). PillarFour is excited to be partnering with Fluid’s principals, senior management and board, who will retain a significant ownership in the Company.

Founded in 2011, Fluid is a global supplier of environmentally responsible, low-hazard and technically advanced completion and production chemical systems. Fluid has several proprietary blends of modified and synthetic acid systems with onshore and offshore applications to the oil and gas sector. The Company’s patented and patent pending product portfolio provides clients with safety orientated, technically advanced and highly effective alternatives to traditional harsh chemistry, such as hydrochloric acid.
