PillarFour Capital Announces Acquisition of Corrpro  Canada, Inc.

PillarFour Capital Partners (“PillarFour”), an energy-focused private investment fund, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Corrpro Canada, Inc. (“Corrpro Canada” or the “Company”).

 

Corrpro Canada is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta with five additional field offices across Canada. The Company is a recognized leader in cathodic protection products and services that are vital to maintaining the integrity of critical infrastructure within oil & gas, power, marine and various other industries. Throughout its long history, Corrpro Canada has been a reliable partner for its customers and has continued to invest in technology that address increasing regulatory requirements in the asset integrity space.
