PillarFour Capital Partners (“PillarFour”), an energy focused private equity fund, is pleased to announce an investment in The Bayou Companies, LLC. (“Bayou” or the “Company”), a leading pipeline coatings and insulation provider based in New Iberia, Louisiana. PillarFour has invested into Bayou by way of a co-investment alongside Altamont Capital Partners (“Altamont”), a private equity firm with over $2.5 billion of capital under management.

Bayou is widely recognized as a market leader in offshore and onshore pipe coatings and insulation, including highly-specialized insulation for the oil & gas industry.
